Real Madrid 1960-70s Real Madrid 1960's - 1970's. The famous all white shirt of Real Madrid. Laurie Cunningham 'the black flash' (pictured) was the first English player to play for Real Madrid when he made the £995,000 move from West Brom in 1979. Cunningham was the first black player to represent England in a competitive match when played against Wales in a Home International in May 1979. Tragically he died in a car accident in Spain in 1989 at the age of 33. This shirt is long sleeved and made from knitted cotton.
