Manchester City

The Manchester City kit has remained unchanged since 1894. The only fundamental change during this time was between the mid 70’s and mid 80’s when City swapped their traditional white shorts for blue ones. Man City’s away shirts are a different matter, City have played in a variety of colours and designs over the last 100 years, away shirts popular with the fans during this time are the red and black striped away shirt worn in the ‘69 F.A. Cup final and the 70’s white away shirts with diagonal stripes ~ very South American!

Denis Law wore this shirt when he first joined City - also the Cup Winning shirt from the 1956 Wembley FA Cup Final.
